The Department of Pharmacy, Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU), successfully organized the Debate Semi-Final between the 19th and 22nd batches, fostering critical thinking, effective communication, and intellectual engagement among students.

The debate focused on the topic, “Excessive Use of Social Media is Harmful to the Mental Health of the Young Generation.” The participating teams presented their arguments with confidence, demonstrating strong analytical skills, awareness of contemporary social issues, and effective public speaking abilities.

The 22nd Batch emerged as the winner of the semi-final. The event was graced by the presence of the Head of the Department, Dr. Naznin Shahria, along with faculty members and students, whose presence and encouragement contributed to the success of the event.
