The Department of Pharmacy at Khwaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU) successfully hosted a webinar titled "Research in Pharmacy: Motivation, Current Works & What We Can Do Together" on 27 July 2026 through the Zoom platform, bringing together students, academics and aspiring researchers for an in-depth discussion on the evolving landscape of pharmaceutical research.

The session featured Dr. Md. Torequl Islam, Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Pharmacy at Gopalganj Science and Technology University, as the keynote speaker. Drawing on his academic and research experience, he underscored the growing importance of scientific inquiry in addressing contemporary healthcare challenges and advancing pharmaceutical innovation.
